Today is a day when I feel like having fun is not a good thing. I didn’t work a lot this weekend and because of that I have to work a lot now. I have a social studies project due tomorrow and I barely started on it. It is not a very project but it is time consuming. The project is to write a children's book version of the Ramayana. I just have to take the main parts of the story and write in a shorter form. I also have a lot of tests and quizzes this week since it is the end of the quarter. I hate the last week on each quarter because they are super annoying and filled with a lot of work. I am going to travel this week but I am not at all excited about it because I am so tired and pissed with all the work. I want this week to end as soon as possible and I hope I get good grades for the tests and quizzes. I really want to reach my goal of a GPA of 4.3 and I am working really hard toward it.

Earlier in the year we learned about something called Google Documents. At that time we learned about the documents part of the documents but know we arre learning abou the presentation part of it. This week's project is working with Google Presentations. it is quite cool. it is exactly like Microsoft Powerpoint except it has more complicated things and it is in our PC. just like Google Docs, Google Presentation is also on the Google server and not in the PC. this gives us an oppurtinuty to not loose some of the document because it constantly gets saved in the Google server. we can work on it in a group (with the people that the owner shares). it is quite cool and awesome just like everyother project. I am having great time in the IT class and I am also quite amazed with Mr. C about how we are working and and the type of advanced stuff we are doing. Hope the class stays like this for the rest of the year.

Today is quite an easy day. I don’t have a lot of work to do. I also don’t a lot of tests and quizzes today. I only have a small review quiz in math and that’s it. I have to finish a lot of homework today in study hall cause I was partying till 11:00 last night and I didn’t realize the amount of homework I had to do until I came back home. I did some in the car while coming to school and the rest is for study hall. I also have a cool party tonight. I think it is going to be an awesome weekend. I don’t have a lot of work for the weekend which is a great relief because it makes me super angry if I have a lot of work for the weekend.

We are finally done with the project. It was quite cool and quite interesting. I could never imagine doing a project like this. It is quiet great to have sites like this that does all the work for you. I am really looking forward to do more videos for personal purposes and also educational purposes. It is quite creative and also easy to do. This project took me a step ahead in the world of technology. It was quite great listening to music that we want to put in the videos. Also deciding what picture goes first and which goes next was fun and it took a long time to decide what will look nice at what time. It was great project and looking forward to more cool projects.

Today is an extremely stressful day. I have a lot of work to do and I have a lot of tests and quizzes. I have a math test, vocabulary tests and also a social studies quiz. I am not too pissed with the amount of work because we have to do this amount of work after a long time. I don’t have a lot of homework but the tests are quite hard to study, especially math. I am having a little hard time to understand some of the concepts but I am sure I will learn them by tomorrow before the test. I am ready to do my best and also do the best I can in the tests and quizzes coming up in this week.

Looking at our great performance yesterday in Animoto, Mr. C has decided to make us do 3 videos instead of 1. He was extremely happy with how easily we finished the project. He didn’t really expect us to do it so easily. It feels quite great to go beyond the expectations of our teacher. I have to download more pictures because I want to have slide shows about only one type of car. It is quite cool to find pictures because sometimes people take these super expensive cars and modify. They look quite cool but I think the originals are much better. I think I can easily accomplish these goals and have a great presentation ready for my classmates to see.

We learned about a site named Animoto. In this site we can create slide show type thing with pictures that we decide and also music of our choice. Just like the other things we create an account using our email. We choose the type of theme we want to use. It also gives us the choice of adding text if we want to. It is quite cool and this week’s assignment is to create a video using the pictures that we downloaded about one topic. This looks kind of easy but usually what I think is easy doesn’t always turn out to be true.

For the assignment this week I chose to do about Lamborghini cause I am really interested in cars and especially expensive and sports car. These cars provide a lot of knowledge to me and they also keep me updated with all the automobile advancements. I really like Lamborghini because it is a sports car and it is fairly cheap compared to other luxury cars. It is a great car to drive and also have at home. I really like the designs of the cars. They are always different and unique from other cars. I would love to have one of these when I grow up. I also like speed and Lamborghini are quite fast. They are really cool and I am eagerly waiting to earn about 300 British pounds as soon as possible (I know it’s hard but not impossible. Let’s just hope I do it.)

Today was quite an easy day. I am getting myself ready for the Fall Festival tomorrow. I am really excited for tomorrow and I willing to do a lot of work. We have 2 great games tomorrow. One of them is knock the Can. In that game we have to knock cans down using a ball. Also we have Ring the Bell. In that game we have to climb up a ladder and I ring a bell. They are both very interesting and also quite fun to play. They are also fairly cheap and if you pay 10 L.E for Knock the Cans then you get a free shot which is in your favor. So all the Schutz students come to the 9th grade booths and enjoy tonight.

After a long time I had Social Studies quiz today. We also found out about how we did in the projects. I got a 100 and I was very happy. I worked really hard on it and it was a project that I was really proud of. This was the first time I was using publisher to create a newsletter, so I had to explore the things in order to have my project ready. I also had the responsibility to create the final project so I didn’t really have a person who could help me with it. We started to study about ancient India and China but we are currently focusing mainly on India. I don’t really know a lot of India's history but I know a quite a lot of its religions. So I think it is going to be quite a fun chapter to learn and I am very excited to know more about my country.
