Apple vs. Samsung
Apple's case against the Samsung doesn’t seem to go well. Now even in Germany they lost their case to the Samsung Galaxy Tablet. The company requested for a preliminary ban against the Samsung Galaxy Tab. At the Dusseldorf Regional Court it was clearly said that there were differences found between both the devices. A same type of decision was announced in Munich this month as well.
