Digital health talks about both physical and psychological wellness in the world of technology. At the beginning it all started with those big huge computers and then slowly as technology evolved better computers came to the market. Slowly over a long period of time technology evolved and better products are available in the market now. The biggest damage that computers do to you is damaging your eyes. Working on the computer for a long time harms your eyes. Looking at it for a long time makes your eyes red and you might get a power as well for your eyes. All the different devices such as iPad, phones, laptops etc. don’t almost any radiation. It’s just our eyes that get tired. This happens when the muscles inside our eyes that controls the focusing is overworked, symptoms like these occur. It usually takes a long time for these symptoms to start. You might start to feel that your eyes are paining a bit. The visibility might be a little blurry. Slowly headache is going to start and you won’t be able to work comfortably. This might lead to stopping your work in a while. Also if you don’t have the correct posture while working it can lead to back aches and many other problems. Also if you work a lot on the computer or play games for a long time and not do any exercise, then you are going to get fat. There are studies about how kids with obesity are usually playing a lot of video games and not doing any exercise. It is not just kids who get obesity but it can happen to adults as well.
