After playing with the awesome computers yesterday we started to work a cool assignment today. We started to use something called Dropbox. It is an online website which is used with our emails. We just have to sign up using our email just like every other thing that we did this year. With Dropbox I can have my work available at home in school and also at any other computer that I use. As soon as I connect my device to the internet it will sync with the net and have all of my work available. It is quite cool software. It doesn’t allow us to lose files and also carry USBs around. I think everyone should use it because it is very useful and it can be used by everyone in this world (only if you have a computer and internet).

Today was the first day when we started using the new computers. It feels great and it is super-fast. We should get the same type of computers for the library too. It now feels like we are actually using 21st century technology. Before the computers were extremely crappy and super slow. Some of the sites didn’t even own and some sites had errors in them. I hope these computers continue to work properly for at least 4 years (until I graduate). These are HP computers. I don’t really think it is exactly as one of the computers that our class mates ordered. Anyway they are super cool and I really like them. If I hadn’t got my new laptop I would have probably bought this computer.

Ferrari 458 Spider
Ferraris as you all know are one of the costliest cars and one more car just joins the group. The new Ferrari 458 Spider is an expensive car. It starts at about 200,000 pounds. It is an expensive car but it is worth buying. This car comes with a brilliant 562bhp V8 that revs to 9,000pm. It also produces a noise not that sound something like slightly slowed-down F1 car. The seven-speed DSG box is just awesome. It allows you to play tunes with that engine note, and the handling is pin sharp. It comes in many different colors such as dark grey, red and white. This is also the first time Ferrari made a convertible hard top car with a mid-engined cars. Even if it is expensive it is still worth buying (if you have the money though).

I just finished the IT assignment that is due tomorrow. The project was hard for me but after Mr. C allowed us to have something more like a paragraph for it was much easier for me. I actually tried read my other group member’s paragraphs and try to comment on the stuff that I like and the things that I thought they should change. This is a very good way to interact with other people and work on a project all together. This is where team work and collaboration comes together. It is a great method to teach people how to work with others (like me). I really wish I can actually get a step forward and work as a group with my other group members. I am not really sure if this blog is going to be posted or not cause I am having serious issues with my internet. 

Tomorrow I have a really big social studies test. I feel like it is even longer than our finals. I can only imagine how hard the finals are going to be if the chapter tests are this hard. I have probably asked Mrs. Smith a thousand question so far and I am still confused. The study guide is close to completion. Then I have to study them closely and understand each term carefully. I also have to study the essays. I really want to do a good job in this cause it is about my favorite history topic, ancient Egypt. So let’s have our fingers crossed and hope I reach my goal. 

The last couple of days have been really hard. It was completely filled with test and quizzes. Although tomorrow I don’t really have a huge amount of assignments due.  I just have a vocabulary quiz. It is hopefully going to be an easy day tomorrow. Although the day after I have a huge Social Studies Test and I think it is going to be really hard. I am still working on the study guide that she assigned last week. Also on Thursday I have a science test. So I don’t really think I am going to have enough time to write good blogs this week. Hopefully starting next week I will have better blogs.

Today in IT we found out how to use Google Groups. This week's assignment is based on that. It is quite a cool thing. We can work on one file with a group. It is also saved in the internet which means there is no chance of losing it. It is always going to be available. Also the best thing is that it allows us to work on it all together. It can sometimes be a problem if someone is messing up but other than that it is a great thing. Google Groups is an awesome thing. It is a great resource for both students and also businessmen. So if u didn’t already start using Google Groups then do it now.

The long weekend is just 1 day away. I have been waiting for this for a long time. I don’t have a lot planned for this weekend but my main priority is to relax and be ready to face the challenges coming up in the quarter. Today was quite a nice day. The quizzes went quite well. It was actually better than I expected. I have some assignments due tomorrow but fortunately no tests and quizzes. I am really looking forward to the next three days. Hope it goes well with a lot fun. 

Today I finished my IT assignments. It was quite an entertaining and fun project. The project was to download a game in flash format. Then we had to put it up on the server. After doing that we had a post a review in Google Groups under IT class. We also had to post 2 comments on other people’s posts. It was easy to post on the website but it was quite difficult for me to download the game. Today I have a lot of work to do. I had to write 7 pages of notes and prepare for a quiz and also study for a science quiz. Let’s hope it all goes well tomorrow and I get a good grade on the quizzes. 

I finally got a good game that I was able to download. It was quite hard and it was the only game that worked. The name of the game is "The Highway Chase". It is a game where you have to drive a car on a highway and pass different objectives. It is quite an entertaining game but I really want to have a game that I really like. It is quite a challenge but I believe I can do this. We also got our new IT assignment and the good thing is that it is actually download and playing games. It is going to be quite a fun project to do. Like this I can have an idea of what kind of games other people in the class found. I am still working on the social studies project. I am having a great time doing it because it is actually the history of the ancient Egypt which I was always quite interested about it. So every thing is going well and smooth so far. The starting of the week was not as horrifying as I thought it would be. Let’s just hope it continues this way.
